Acceptable Use Policy
The rules of the road. Breaking these will get your account throttled, suspended, or terminated.
Last updated: 2026-09-08
1. Purpose of this policy
In plain English: This sets out what you may not do with the app. Breaking these rules can get you suspended.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who accesses or uses MyPanditji. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service. Violating the AUP can lead to throttling, suspension or termination of your account, and where the violation is unlawful, to referral to law enforcement.
2. Prohibited content
In plain English: Don’t submit illegal content, hate, sexual content involving minors, or anything that violates other people’s rights.
You may not submit, request, or generate content that:
3. Prohibited uses
In plain English: No scraping, no automated abuse, no reselling, no use that puts another person at risk.
You may not:
4. Fair use on Max + Council modes
In plain English: Max Council burns a lot of compute. We allow generous personal use; we don’t allow batch farming.
The Max Council mode convenes four specialist agents (from a 25-school roster) in parallel followed by a frontier-tier reconciliation. Each Max session costs us materially more than a Normal reply.
Max and Deep Research modes are intended for thoughtful, one-at-a-time personal use. Triggering them at machine-paced volume (for example, ten Max Council sessions in five minutes) is treated as automated abuse and will be throttled. Persistent abuse will be cause for suspension.
5. Sanctions, export controls and embargoed regions
In plain English: We can’t offer the Service in places where law forbids us to.
You may not access or use the Service if you are located in, or are a resident of, any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions by India, the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, or the United Nations, or if you are listed on any applicable denied-parties list. You may not use the Service to circumvent any applicable export control or sanctions law.
6. Enforcement & appeals
In plain English: We escalate proportionally: warning → throttle → suspension → termination. Appeals go through support.
We generally enforce this AUP in proportion to the violation, escalating from in-product warning, to throttling, to suspension, to termination. Severe violations — illegal content, security attacks, abuse of other users — may be enforced immediately at the highest level.
If you believe your account has been actioned in error, you may appeal by writing to support@mypanditji.io with your account email and a short explanation. We aim to respond to appeals within five business days.
7. Reporting abuse
In plain English: If you see something on the Service that breaks these rules, tell us.
Report abuse, suspected fraud, infringement, or AUP violations to support@mypanditji.io. For security vulnerabilities, see the responsible-disclosure programme at /security.
