How it works

From birth time to your first cited reading, in under 90 seconds.

Six phases. Each one has its own animation. Scroll through and watch exactly what happens when you tap MyPanditji.

You tell us when and where you were born

Name. Date. Time. Place. Free account, no card.

The onboarding flow asks for the four birth details that matter, then your WhatsApp number or email so the chart is saved to your account. The place picker resolves to a curated city table — so "Jaipur" always gives the same lat/long, not whatever a free-text geocoder felt like returning that day. If you do not know your birth time, we offer a "solar chart" fallback that uses sunrise on your date of birth. You can come back any time and refine it.

We compute your chart, live

NASA JPL DE440 + Lahiri ayanamsa, on demand.

The astro-engine on Fly.io takes your birth moment, normalises it to UT against the historically-correct timezone, applies the Lahiri ayanamsa, and resolves the 9 grahas across 12 bhavas, 16 vargas, and your Vimshottari dasha ladder. Nothing is cached from a sun-sign template; every chart is computed from first principles.

Your dashboard appears, populated

Kundli, today’s horoscope, panchang, dasha, streak, numerology — already filled in.

Instead of dropping you on a blank screen, the dashboard hydrates with content: your Kundli, today’s horoscope generated against your moon-sign and current dasha, the day’s panchang for your timezone, your current mahadasha/antardasha leg, your streak (yes, from day one), and your life-path number. All of it is there the moment your Kundli is made.

You ask Panditji your first question

With Pro or Max: triage classifies, a specialist agent answers, every claim is cited.

When you type a question, a lightweight triage model classifies the intent in under 500ms and routes you to the right specialist (Kundli, Horoscope, Vastu, Match, Tarot, Numerology). The specialist pulls the top 8-12 chunks from our 100+-text corpus, replies through a fast-tier reasoning model, and tags every citation with its source book (and chapter, where the text has one). Citations are post-checked: any reference that does not round-trip to a retrieved chunk is stripped before you see the message.

A daily ritual you actually want to keep

Morning panchang, journal, streaks — opt-in notifications you set yourself.

The daily ritual is built around a single morning notification: today’s panchang and a short reading tuned to your current dasha. Tap to expand, save anything to your journal, or send the day’s question to Panditji. Streaks accumulate quietly; if you skip a day, nothing yells at you. The notification time, content, and frequency are all in your hands.

When it really matters, go to Council

A council of classical schools reconciled into a single cited verdict.

For big decisions — marriage, surgery, business launch — switch the chat into Max Council. A roster of 25 classical schools — Parashari, Jaimini, Lal Kitab, the Western voices, Ayurveda, Tantra and the dharma voices — convenes the four most relevant, each writing an independent brief against the same question, in parallel. A frontier reasoning model reconciles them: where they agree, that becomes the spine; where they disagree, the disagreement is surfaced openly with the reasons. The output is a structured verdict you can re-read for years.
