Max Council mode

Seven specialists agree. Or they don’t — and you see why.

Max Council is the highest-leverage mode in the app. Seven specialist agents — Jyotish (Parashari), Nadi, Jaimini, KP (Krishnamurti Paddhati), Lal Kitab, Vedic Numerology, and Vastu — each write an independent brief against your question, in parallel. Claude Opus 4.7 then reconciles them: where they agree, that becomes the spine. Where they disagree, the disagreement is surfaced openly with the reasons.

Best for

Big life decisions — marriage, surgery, business launch, major relocation. Where you want every classical school weighing in.

What goes in. What comes out.

What goes in

  • A consequential question (you would not ask Normal for this).
  • Your full chart context — D1, D9, D10, dashas, transits, panchang.
  • For multi-person decisions: the second person’s chart auto-loads from your Rishtas.

What comes out

  • A council verdict — single recommendation with confidence level.
  • Seven specialist briefs, viewable individually.
  • A "where they agreed / where they differed" diff.
  • A list of remedial measures (upayas) prescribed by the texts that the council recommends.

Three worked examples

The kind of question this mode is built for, and the kind of reply you would actually get.

Question

Should I have my open-heart surgery in March 2027 (current scheduled date) or push to June?

Reply

Council verdict: push to June 2027. Confidence: high. 6 of 7 schools converge on June — March falls in your Saturn-Rahu antardasha which the Parashari, KP, and Lal Kitab agents all flag as a "delay-risk" window for surgical recovery, even though the surgery itself is unlikely to fail. Jaimini agrees on the timing but emphasises the 8th-from-AK reasoning. Nadi independently arrives at the same calendar bracket. The Numerology agent dissents (sees March 3rd as a personally-favourable day) and the brief explains why the council overrides — surgical muhurta carries more weight than birthday-numerology in classical practice.

Question

My family is proposing a marriage match. Should I proceed?

Reply

Council verdict: proceed conditionally. Confidence: moderate. 4 of 7 schools see strong long-term compatibility (Parashari at 28/36 ashta-koota, Jaimini sees mutually-supporting chara karakas, Nadi shows the natal yoga continuing). 2 schools flag short-term friction (Lal Kitab — initial 18 months, KP — your sub-lord Mercury in his anti-vertex). 1 (Numerology) is mildly negative. The council recommends — proceed with the marriage, do the engagement at the auspicious window in Sep 2027 (MC 4.18), and ensure the bride’s upayas in the first 18 months — full list in the appendix.

Question

I am being offered a CTO role in Singapore but my chart points to staying in India. Help me decide.

Reply

Council verdict: take the role, but plan for a 3-year arc not a permanent move. Confidence: high. 5 of 7 schools converge — your D10 Karmesh is in a quadrant that supports international work, and the next 3-year window (Mar 2027 - Feb 2030) is your strongest professional dasha leg in 12 years. The 2 dissenting schools (Nadi, Lal Kitab) emphasise the role brings strain at home — counterbalanced by the council’s own recommendation that your spouse accompanies. Upayas: Hanuman Chalisa daily for the first 90 days post-move; Surya Namaskar at sunrise three days a week.

When to use Max

  • You are making a consequential decision — health, marriage, major career move.
  • You want every classical school weighing in, not just one.
  • You are willing to wait 25-35 seconds for a verdict + briefs.

When NOT to use Max

  • You have a small daily question (use Normal).
  • You want a written brief but not a verdict (use Deep Research).
  • You are auditing someone else’s reading (use Check Your Pandit).

Same chat. Different depth.

FAQ

Why 7 schools? Why not more or fewer?

The 7 schools we use (Parashari, Nadi, Jaimini, KP, Lal Kitab, Vedic Numerology, Vastu) cover the major lineages that actively give different answers to the same question. Adding more schools beyond this set produces redundancy more than additional signal.

What if the schools all disagree?

The council verdict will state "no consensus" and the recommendation will be conservative (delay, defer, seek qualified human consult). Disagreement is treated as a signal in itself.

Can I see the individual briefs, or only the verdict?

Both. The verdict is the headline; every individual brief is one tap away in the reading. You can also see the diff — "where they agreed / where they differed" — as a separate view.

Why is Max ₹79.99/month?

A single Max Council session costs us materially more than a Normal reply — seven Sonnet 4.6 inferences plus an Opus 4.7 reconciliation, plus seven independent retrievals. The price reflects the underlying compute. We do not throttle Max usage on the Max tier.
